Hello! My name is Oliver, thanks for taking the time to check out my profile. I've been working as a professional Jazz musician for the past 7 years after graduating from the University of West London with a 1st class degree in film music. I'm now qualified as a level 3 Personal Trainer.

My Approach to Coaching My training style is all about building grit, confidence, and real-world capability — the kind of strength and mindset that actually carries you through a Spartan Race, an ultra, or a brutal 1000-rep session.

I combine structured programming with a big emphasis on mental resilience, because physical progress means nothing without the inner engine that drives it. I teach with a mix of clear instruction, progressive overload, technique refinement, and mindset coaching that helps you tap into your own “inner wolf.”

I focus on hands-on, practical coaching: form, breathing, pacing, and the mindset you need when things get tough. Sessions blend strength, endurance, mobility, mental conditioning, and challenge-based work like 1000-reppers or long grinding efforts. You’ll always know why you’re doing something — I explain the purpose behind every drill so it all feels meaningful, not random.

Training sessions can run 60 minutes to 4 hours, depending on your goals. Shorter sessions suit strength, conditioning, and skill work. Longer sessions are perfect for ultra-running prep, mental endurance training, and Spartan-style obstacle conditioning.

I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer with real on-the-ground endurance and obstacle race experience. I’ve trained for and completed: • 2x ultra runs • 5x Spartan races • 15x half marathons • 1x 40km snow-and-ice mountain challenge I coach from lived experience — not just textbooks — so everything I teach comes from what I’ve personally tested in training and competition.

My sessions are open to all levels — from complete beginners building foundational fitness to advanced athletes prepping for races. Ages 16+ is ideal (younger with parental approval). Whether you want to get in shape, complete your first Spartan, survive your first ultra, or just build a stronger mindset, I tailor your training to your current level and your ultimate target.
