About Lawrence
I am a qualified personal trainer and strength and strength and conditioning coach with experience in commercial gyms, school sports and sports teams. I have had over 6 years of experience training people to become the best versions of themselves. As well as this I have played rugby to a high level which has given me extra insight into the way professional athletes train on a day to day basis.
