About Barnaby

I am a medical student at Newcastle University running an early tech start-up. I love teaching and have been tutoring for 3 years high school, enjoying helping people realise their goals and develop their passions ands skills in Python, Biology, Chemistry and medical entrance exams. I am DBS checked, and have plenty of experience working with people of all ages, with A*A*A* at A-level.

About the lesson

I can take you through exam questions, work through topics or classwork with you, or even look at practical technique. The AQA exam board is my key area of expertise, but I can work with any board, for GCSE and A-Level. The typical lesson length would be 1 to 2 hours.
I have experience teaching Chemistry to A-level students as well as Biology, Chemistry, and medical entrance exams. I have an enhanced DBS certificate.
No matter your goals and needs - tricky topics, resources, exam technique - I can help you to realise them.

Perfect! Absolutely brilliant teacher who explains things in a simple yet effective manner. His teaching style is extremely fun and engaging, helping to break down problems and build upon any gaps in knowledge where necessary. He is super friendly and easy to talk to, I can't recommend him enough!

Good grasp of most mechanisms, you just need to familiarise yourself with them more so that it becomes more automatic when you look at a structure or equation.
