About Yvie
I'm an A-Level student studying English Literature, Psychology, and Biology. I am predicted 3A*s, and I scored all 9s at GCSE. I have a deep love for Literature, and I am not only an avid reader but also a literary magazine editor. I want to help students both achieve their goals and discover an interest in english. Reading and comprehension are such important life skills, and children shouldn't be limited just because it doesn't come immediately to them.

All lessons are personalised according to your child's needs, and will focus on subject areas that could be improved on. We will set personal goals, whether that be target grades, or more arbitrary counters such as a deeper understanding of the topic. Learning styles will be taken into account, and I have experience working with neurodiverse children (ADHD, autism, etc.). Every child (and their relationship to learning) is different, and I strive to take that into account!
