About Aimee
I'm currently a student at the University of Liverpool with a passion for Psychology. Although I loved the subject, I initially struggled to achieve the grades I wanted. Instead of simply revising more content, I spent hours learning exactly how examiners expect questions to be structured and answered, mastering the exam technique needed for top marks. This approach helped me achieve an A in my A-Level Psychology exam.
Having been in the same position as many students, I understand the challenges they face and know how to overcome them. My goal is to help students not only understand the content but also gain the confidence and exam skills needed to achieve the highest grades.

With a strong understanding of A-Level Psychology and first-hand experience mastering the exam, I focus on teaching students exactly what examiners are looking for. My 45-minute lessons are structured around the Edexcel mark schemes and examiner reports, helping students develop the skills needed to consistently achieve top marks.
Rather than just memorising content, I teach students how to apply their knowledge, analyse research, and structure answers effectively for every question type, including 4, 6, 8 and 16-mark essays. We work on writing clear, well-organised responses, using key terminology, evaluation, and application where required. I also provide exam techniques, revision strategies, and targeted practice questions with personalised feedback to build confidence and improve grades.
My lessons are ideal for A-Level Psychology students of all abilities, whether they're aiming to strengthen their understanding of the content or push their grades to an A or A*.
