About Ludovica

My experiences as a private teacher:

Teaching Italian to French, English and Chinese speakers,
Teaching Chinese to Italian and French speakers

Experience in one-to-one teaching and groups of students.
Over the years, I've been teaching to students of all ages and levels, coming from different cultural and linguistic background.

About the lesson

Cari studenti,

I am a researcher in theoretical and applied linguistics, particularly working on Italian, French and Chinese data. I am also an experienced language teacher since from the very beginning of my academic career I've been teaching Italian, my beautiful mother tongue, to support my studies. A native of Tuscany and grown up in Rome, my pronunciation is perfectly standard.

I will provide all the teaching materials (grammar notes, vocabulary, phonetics ; poems, novels, newspaper articles, song lyrics, video clips and audio) and a reference book will be recommended to the student as well. Beyond lessons hours, I am always available to receive your exercises and send you the solutions and of course to answer any questions.

Possibility of personalized lessons. We can plan together the pedagogical content, according to your needs (specific areas of interest or work, trip to Italy, spoken language, dialect diversity in Italy, culture, music, literature and so on).

So, if you want to begin the study of Italian or if you want to straighten your skills, let's get started ! Languages and linguistics are my profession and my passion: I will be delighted to guide you through this journey with an effective and exciting method.

Perfect! Ludovica a su s'imprégner très rapidement du programme et des exigences du baccalauréat (série L option Italien renforcé). En une douzaine d heures elle a permis à mon fils de constituer des dossiers pour ses oraux et de l'entrainer alors qu'il avait du changer d'option en catastrophe 4 mois avant le bac (italien contre maths en 1ère et début de terminale). Même s'il avait de bonnes bases cet approfondissement à raison de 2 ou 3 heures par semaine a permis qu'il arrive confiant et d'obtenir 2 notes autour de 16.
Elle a compris son caractère et sa adapté ses cours en très peu de temps.
