About Candice
I am dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals as well as a hard worker who pays attention to detail. My passions include teaching yoga, helping people feel better in their bodies and help them to improve their range of motion, flexibility and overall mental and physical health. Other passions involve writing, traveling, charity and volunteer work. I have hosted a successful Yoga Cancer Awareness fundraiser to help pay for a friend's chemo treatment and in the past I have done multiple fundraisers and charity work for the SPCA's in the East Rand as well as Puppy and Kitty Haven, Dogtown SA, Woodrock Animal Rescue and 9th Day Rescue.
