I have experience teaching my friends how to speak Spanish and have taken two years of it in college. I also come from a Spanish speaking family so I know words that are more commonly used than textbook vocabulary. During lessons we would focus on vocabulary, conjugating verbs and improving listening skills. I have fun ways of doing this such as recommending Spanish shows to watch and podcasts to listen to.
