I have a healthy love for food that continues to find interest in everything that is food. I've worked professionally in the food industry for 15 years. Being an only English-speaking person, I didn't think I knew everything about the subject English, but it turned out, I developed a second language or a dialect you could say from working in the restaurants, can you guess what that might be?? -- Sarcasm -- (: Throughout the years I've conquered almost all the challenges possible in the kitchen, and fine-tuned my attention to detail, patience, on-the-fly quick with it problem solving, and the greatest feel-good feeling I've taken away is being a leader people enjoyed being led by. So if it's anything from how to execute and plate a perfect omelet to organizing a menu and figuring out how to utilize an entire restaurant inventory cost-effectively, or navigating your way through some of the high-pressure days and nights as a line cook, there's for sure something I can help you achieve.
