About Micaela
Hey there! I'm a really excited teacher who loves helping kids like you learn cool stuff! I've been trained and have a special qualification called SACE. That means I know lots about teaching and helping all kinds of learners, like those who might find some things a bit tricky, such as reading, writing, or math.
I've worked with kids who have different challenges, like finding reading hard (that's called dyslexia), or writing tough (we call that dysgraphia), and even with kids who might find numbers tricky (that's dyscalculia). I've also helped kids with ADHD, which means they sometimes find it hard to sit still and concentrate. And there are others, like kids who might have trouble speaking or understanding words (speech and language delays), or moving their bodies (motor difficulties), or even with their senses (like touch, sight, or sound). Some kids might have something called ASD, which means they see the world a little differently.
But you know what? I believe every kid can learn, and I'm here to help make sure you get the support you need. My goal is to make sure everyone can learn together, no matter what challenges they face. Oh, and guess what? Learning never stops! There's something new to learn every day, and if you're ready to learn, there are amazing things to discover everywhere you look!
