About Adleigh

Howdy!
My name is Adleigh and I am a recent college graduate from the US (specifically Texas!). I moved to Paris in 2018 with my boyfriend and our cat to learn French and to teach English. During a semester abroad in Bologna, Italy, I taught English to a class of absolute beginners. In Paris, I work with many families teaching their young children English. In my free time, I like to watch TV or go for a run in the neighborhood. I love cooking and trying new restaurants. I look forward to helping you improve your English and getting to know you. :)

About the lesson

As a teacher, my goal is to help you learn using the structure or tools you prefer. Tell me how you like to learn so that I can teach you effectively! I will only speak English to immerse you in the language.

My goal is to help you write like a native. I will prepare writing assignments for you to bring to each class, and will go over your mistakes with you.

I can teach you to write in the following formats :

Professional: writing emails, creating a resume, writing a cover letter
School: writing essays, completing english homework, studying for exams
Administrative: filling out applications, preparing emails
Creative: writing postcards or letters to friends and family, writing short-stories or in a personal journal
