Hi! I’m a CIT student who’s passionate about more than just grades and deadlines, I truly value personal growth, positivity, and learning how to handle life’s ups and downs. While I’m still a student myself, I’ve come to appreciate how important things like stress management, healthy communication, and a positive mindset are, both in school and everyday life. I love sharing what I’ve learned in a fun, relatable way, and I’m here to help others feel more confident, calm, and in control. Let’s grow together!
