About Pablo

My passion for languages began when I learned English—ironically, it’s not my favorite language! After moving to New Zealand, I worked closely with Colombian refugees, which introduced me to the incredible world of people and organizations like the Red Cross helping them settle. Through this work, I realized there’s a growing interest in learning Spanish, and I found joy in sharing my native language and culture.

As a foreigner myself (Chile), I understand the struggles of not understanding others and the effort it takes to learn a new language. I also deeply value the courage and dedication it takes to embrace a new way of communicating. Teaching allows me to connect with people, help them achieve their goals, and share the richness of Latin American culture. With years of experience and a creative, tailored approach, I aim to inspire confidence and make learning Spanish a rewarding experience for every student.

About the lesson

I tailor each class to the student's personality and learning style, creating a fun and effective environment. My techniques include humor, music, repetition or interactive games, it really depends on student's needs, ensuring a natural and enjoyable approach to language. With 7+ years o f experience teaching Spanish to all sort of people, one on one or groups, conversational or with more specific focus; pronunciation for example. I welcome all levels and ages (15 to 60+). Lessons typically last 1 to 1.5 hours, though longer sessions with a short break are also an option. Let's work together to make learning Spanish a personalized and enriching experience!
