Super Tutor

Lillie is one of our best Spanish tutors. High-quality profile, qualifications verified, organised and responsive to lesson requests, and appreciated by their students.

About Lillie

I have studied Spanish at GCSE, A-level and university alongside other languages so I have a strong understanding of the steps needed to thrive in language learning. I have proficiency in 4 languages: English (native), Spanish, French and Italian. When I'm not studying, I enjoy learning about new cultures and travelling. Last year I did a study abroad in Italy for a semester and this year, I worked in a secondary school as a language assistant and I took an intensive Spanish course in Barcelona to immerse myself in the Spanish language and explore a popular Spanish city. I love making language learning fun and relevant!

About the lesson

I am offering Spanish sessions for beginners, GCSE, A-level and early university years. I can offer sessions focusing on oral Spanish practice, grammar, essay practice and more. I have experience in delivering planned lessons and also more freely moving Spanish sessions, so lessons can be as diverse as the student chooses. I am flexible in the session lengths, this can be adapted from student to student depending on the aims of the session. I worked for just over half a year, in a British secondary school, as an assistant in Spanish and French. Focusing on: oral practice, tense use, vocab retention and writing.

Perfect! I've only had one lesson with Lillie so far, but it was really good. She made me feel relaxed straight away and was very patient throughout the lesson. She explained things clearly and gave me plenty of chances to practice speaking without making me feel nervous. Looking forward to many more lessons. Would definitely recommend!!

Lillie worked in our language department for a year and was such a great source of support for the pupils. She helped pupils develop their speaking skills, giving specific tips on how to achieve higher grades and to enhance their spoken Spanish with greater. fluency. She held interventions with small groups of pupils to boost writing, listening and reading skills. The pupils in school really liked to work with her and she built a professional and supportive relationships with staff and pupils. I truly recommend Lillie as a tutor.
