About Penelope

I am a Spanish tutor with over 3 years of teaching experience and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a concentration in Cultural Anthropology. Language is most powerful when it is used in real situations. I specialize in teaching Spanish for customer service and hospitality roles. My lessons focus on clear and polite communication. Students learn how to handle guest inquiries with confidence. We practice reservation details, check-ins, and common service conversations. Role-playing is a key part of my teaching.
