About Camila

I don't see languages as a barrier, on the contrary, they offer an opportunity to learn from different cultures. I was born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia and had the chance to learn English, study and work in different countries. I discovered teaching and I don't ever want to go back. I love learning from my students and sharing a part of Colombia with you.

About the lesson

Learn Spanish from a native-speaker living in England! Lessons will be designed specifically for you, based on your interests and your goals. Say goodbye to boring lessons! They will be online, one hour long, one on one, and as frequent as you need them to be. I am an experienced Spanish teacher, having supported students from around the world, whilst also a SPA-ENG translator for international companies such as FIFA, UEFA, NETFLIX, AMAZON. I am currently a Writing MA Student at The University of Warwick and have an undergraduate degree in Communications. I can't wait to share my culture and language with you!

Perfect! Camila is exactly what I needed. I wanted to improve my Spanish, just needed someone to talk to and who is able to correct me on the go. As her English is perfect, she can easily translate the words I can't remember. And most of all, she is absolutely lovely and makes you feel at ease.
