About Fiorella

Hi! I'm Fiorella, a native Spanish teacher from Peru passionate about languages, communication, and cultural exchange.

I help students from around the world speak Spanish naturally and confidently for travel, work, studies, and everyday life. My goal is to create a supportive and motivating environment where you feel comfortable using Spanish from the very beginning.

As a language learner myself, I understand the challenges of learning a foreign language. I speak English and Portuguese and have knowledge of French and Italian, which helps me explain concepts clearly and understand common difficulties students face.

My lessons are personalised, engaging, and adapted to your goals, interests, and learning style. Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced learner looking to improve your fluency, I will help you progress step by step with confidence.

Besides teaching languages, I am also a marine biologist with a passion for science, art, and travel. I enjoy bringing real-world topics into my lessons to make learning more interesting, meaningful, and enjoyable.

Let's make Spanish a language you can actually use with confidence in real life!

About the lesson

Want to speak Spanish confidently in real life situations?

My lessons are designed to help you stop translating and start communicating naturally from the very first lessons. Rather than focusing on memorising long grammar rules, I combine practical communication, guided conversation, and clear explanations so you can understand how Spanish is really used by native speakers.

Every lesson is personalised according to your goals, interests, and learning style. Whether you want to improve your speaking skills, prepare for a trip, communicate at work, study for an exam, or simply feel more comfortable using Spanish, I will create lessons that are relevant, practical, and useful for you.

In my lessons, we can work on:

Conversation and fluency
Pronunciation improvement
Grammar in context
Vocabulary for real-life situations
Travel Spanish
Spanish for work and professional communication
Exam preparation
Listening and reading comprehension

I use interactive activities, role-plays, discussions, articles, videos, and real-life situations to help you apply what you learn and gain confidence in speaking.

Because I speak English and Portuguese and have knowledge of French and Italian, I can often anticipate common mistakes and explain difficult concepts in a simple and accessible way.

My goal is not only to teach Spanish but to help you feel comfortable, confident, and capable of using it naturally in everyday life.

Book a lesson and start speaking Spanish with confidence!

Fiorella's response
She has an excellent level of Spanish, clearly strengthened by her experiences in different Spanish-speaking countries. The focus will be on refining her language and developing a more professional level to support her career. Lessons will combine plenty of conversation with grammar, connectors, and corrections based on the small mistakes that naturally come up. The goal is to make her Spanish even more professional, precise, and polished. We will have the lesson once a week.

Perfect! I am looking forward to working more with Fiorella! From our first meeting she started by reviewing my level of speaking and understanding Spanish so that she can structure future classes to help me improve. She outlined topics she thinks will be useful for us to cover that will help when I am travelling - tailoring our lessons to best suit me. She was very easy to get on with, warm and approachable. I am looking forward to learning from her in the coming weeks ahead of putting my Spanish to use on Honeymoon!

Fiorella's response
The student will be traveling to Mexico in three months. I have designed a personalized Spanish program to refresh and strengthen the knowledge she acquired years ago, helping her regain fluency and communicate confidently in real-life situations during her trip.

She is the best! My son is making incredible progress in Spanish. His father is Mexican, but they struggled to communicate because my son didn't know the language, and his father wasn't able to teach him. Since they only see each other a few times a month, this was especially difficult. Thanks to Fiorella's lessons, they can now communicate much better and their relationship has become even stronger. We are so grateful. Muchas gracias!

Fiorella is a very didactic, fun, and patient teacher. About a year ago, I took basic Portuguese classes with her, and her methods made every lesson clear and enjoyable. I highly recommend Fiorella to anyone who wants to learn Portuguese in a relaxed and motivating environment.

I started from scratch learning Spanish with vocabulary tailored to my office job, which was exactly what I needed. In the other Spanish classes I'd taken before, everything felt too generic and I often felt I was spending time on vocabulary that wouldn't actually be useful for my career.
