About Lucy
For me, Spanish teaching is an act of art itself. With over 6 years of experience and a BA in Comparative Literature, I combine beauty, structure, and storytelling. My lessons revolve around visual arts and architecture from the Spanish-speaking world. Students learn how to describe style, texture, and emotion in Spanish. We discuss artists like Miró, Kahlo, and Botero while analyzing design vocabulary. I teach students to interpret art with linguistic precision and creativity. Architecture adds another layer—students learn the words of space, balance, and detail. Each class connects artistic meaning to real communication. My approach fosters confidence, vocabulary depth, and cultural awareness. It’s ideal for visual learners and curious minds. I believe language learning should inspire, not intimidate.
