About Freya

I am a passionate Spanish tutor with over 6 years of experience teaching more than 150 students from diverse backgrounds and skill levels. My goal is to make learning Spanish enjoyable, practical, and accessible for everyone, whether you’re starting as a complete beginner or looking to polish your conversational skills. With a strong foundation in language teaching and real-world communication, I focus on helping students gain confidence in reading, listening, and speaking through personalised lessons tailored to individual needs. I believe that language learning should be interactive, engaging, and culturally enriching, so I incorporate a variety of materials and methods to keep lessons dynamic. I am patient, supportive, and committed to helping each student reach their goals, whether for travel, work, academics, or personal growth. Together, we will build a solid foundation and develop the skills needed to communicate naturally and effectively in Spanish.

About the lesson

With over 6 years of experience and having taught 150+ students, my lessons are designed to help you master the essential skills of reading, listening, and speaking Spanish with confidence. I believe in a balanced approach that combines grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and practical conversation to ensure you can understand and communicate effectively in real-life situations. Each lesson is personalised to fit your current level and learning goals, whether you're a beginner starting from scratch or an intermediate learner aiming to improve fluency. I use a variety of interactive materials including dialogues, audio exercises, reading passages, and multimedia resources to keep sessions engaging and relevant. Lessons typically last 60 minutes and focus on building your conversational skills, enhancing comprehension, and improving pronunciation through guided practice. You will also receive regular feedback and homework to reinforce your learning between sessions. My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and adaptable, creating a supportive environment where you can comfortably make mistakes and learn from them. Whether your goal is to travel, work, study, or simply enjoy the language, I’m here to help you achieve fluency step by step.
