About Rajeshwer

My name is Dr. Rajeshwer Vanjari, and I am a passionate Organic Chemistry educator with a Ph.D. from Banaras Hindu University and a Postdoctoral Fellowship from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. I also bring over 2 years of industry experience as a Scientist in the CRO/pharmaceutical sector, where I worked on real-world organic synthesis, reaction optimization, and analytical interpretation. With this strong academic and industrial background, I understand both the theory and the practical application of organic chemistry. Over the years, I have helped students and researchers who struggle with mechanisms, spectroscopy, synthesis, and reaction logic by breaking down concepts into simple explanations they can actually understand. What I Offer • Clear explanation of reaction mechanisms and reagent behavior • Spectroscopy guidance (NMR, IR, MS) with real examples • Help with problem solving, synthesis strategies, and exam preparation • Support for MSc/PhD students in understanding literature, results, and thesis clarity • NEET/JEE chemistry concepts simplified for fast learners and repeaters • Personal notes, shortcuts, and logical frameworks that improve memory and accuracy Why Learn With Me? Students say they finally understand organic chemistry for the first time. I focus on logic over memorization, step-by-step breakdowns, and building strong fundamentals. My teaching is friendly, patient, and customized to each student’s learning style. If you find Organic Chemistry confusing, overwhelming, or stressful, I can help you master it with confidence.
