About Stephanie
I am a former competitive gymnast, dancer and cheerleader. I began my coaching career in 1992 and in my 20+ years of experience I have had the privilege of coaching numerous athletes who have attained local, national and international accolades, as well as college scholarships. I love inspiring my athletes to "Jump~N~Flip for the STARS!"

My teaching method is based on linear progressions and tailored to the individual athlete. I believe that these progressions help build a strong foundation for future mastery of higher level skills, instill confidence in the individual athlete, as well as help reduce injuries.
