I am a fun, energetic, and experienced gymnastics coach and NAWJG judge. I have coached competitive gymnastics for 12 years and I have been a judge for 7 years.

About Coach
I did gymnastics for 10 years and I have been a coach for 12 years. I have been on both sides of gymnastics and it is so important for a coach to understand the gymnast. I like to inspire my students to be their best.

First Lesson- Free
1 hour private lesson (web cam)- $45.00
1 hour group lesson (web cam) 5 people- $20 per person
Our first lesson will consist of an evaluation and a personal inquiry. This allows me to connect to the athlete in order to personalize our lessons together.
After our initial lesson, a typical lesson plan will consist of:
-A cardio based warm-up
-Stretch
-Conditioning of taught skill
-Drills for skill
-Cool Down
