Elisa is a brilliant teacher and professional belly dancer. She has a fantastic way of breaking down and explaining movements and my technique has improved tremendously with her. Elisa is also unique in her knowledge of the body and training , she knows how to help activate and train muscles for enhanced fitness and flexibility. Most importantly, Elisa is gentle, kind and encouraging, she makes you feel safe to learn and classes are very fun. I can’t recommend her enough!
