- Excel, mainly for market analysis and web analytics: creation and management of dynamic tables, information bases, use of macros.
- Word, especially for the reporting of conclusions.
- PowerPoint, for the presentation of reports and commercial proposals.
- Other MS Office tools, Windows and internet that can support the work with the previous ones.
- Knowledge of free software tools.

About the lesson

100% personalized methodology. After years of experience in the professional management of Microsoft Office tools (and other similar free software). According to my experience, generic courses on tools like these are ineffective, since tools are huge and the needs of each user are diverse according to the application that needs for their professional performance. I have been able to reinforce this idea with the knowledge provided by my training for the teaching staff. For this reason, my offer includes:
