About Zach

I am an engineering PhD student that has worked in industry at a large medical device company. I have a first class honours degree in Biomedical Engineering and an MSc in Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine. I am a volunteer maths tutor for children ages 6-16 at a local charity organisation.

About the lesson

This lesson will involve the use of open source segmention software that can be used with medical images. We will work on exploring different methods for extracting features from medical images and building computational models that can be 3D Printed
