About Maxime
I have been teaching at a university for 5 years now and absolutely love helping people on their sewing journey.
I studied fashion design at LISOF Johannesburg.I have worked for top S.A designers and fashion retail factories until i found my passion which is teaching sewing and pattern making.
I teach all levels of sewing from the very fundamentals to much more complexed skills such as basic corsetry and tailoring.

I structure my classes by starting with what we will be doing for the day, I demonstrated each step then allow the students to repeat these, this is where I will be involved in guiding each step until it has successfully been mastered by the student. Then we will move onto the next part and continue like this.

1 hour classes of fundamentals of sewing R300 per session
Classes where students want to do their own sewing project can be made to 2 -3 hour sessions if requested
Group classes will be discounted depending on amount of students
