I am an IITian ( B.Tech in Computer Science from IIT ISM DHANBAD) and I have cleared Civil Services Mains 2 times with Geography Optional. My keep my approach very simple and handy with no prerequisites for my students. I first try to get where my student stand in terms of his capacity of grasping the concepts and then I make a customized framework for them. Then I show them why we are learning a particular concept what is the need and then I focus on maximum visualization. I try not to let them rote the things but to develop their own arguments and thinking process for each and every topic.
