About Ayush

Hi, I'm Ayush Kumar Gautam, a Backend Software Engineer with 4 years of professional experience building production-grade applications for both product-based and service-based companies.

I've worked on scalable backend systems serving real users, implemented authentication systems, designed REST APIs, optimized databases, integrated cloud services, and built production-ready applications using Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, NestJS, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and AWS. Along the way, I've also worked with technologies like Kafka, BullMQ, OAuth 2.0, JWT authentication, and AI integrations.

My teaching philosophy is simple: learn by building. I don't believe in memorizing theory or copying code from tutorials. Every concept is explained with real-world examples, hands-on coding, and practical projects that reflect how software is developed in the industry.

About the lesson

Become an Industry-Ready Backend Engineer through a practical, project-based learning approach.

This course is designed for students who want to build a strong backend development foundation instead of just learning frameworks.

We'll start with the essential HTML and CSS required for developers, then move to modern JavaScript and TypeScript. You'll understand how the web actually works by learning client-server architecture, HTTP, networking fundamentals, databases, SQL, and backend system design.

After building a strong foundation, we'll dive into Node.js, its core modules, Express.js with TypeScript, REST APIs, authentication using JWT, Access & Refresh Tokens, OAuth 2.0, and database integration.

You'll also learn Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID Principles, Dependency Injection, and scalable backend architecture before moving to NestJS.

By the end of the course, you'll build:

A small backend project to understand the framework.
A production-style, resume-ready backend application that combines authentication, database design, scalable architecture, security, and best development practices.

Throughout the course, I will also share real industry practices, debugging techniques, Git workflows, API design, clean code principles, and interview preparation tips based on my experience as a Backend Software Engineer.

This course is ideal for beginners, college students, working professionals, and anyone who wants to become a confident Backend Engineer capable of building scalable production-ready applications.
