Natalie has always been in the kitchen at a young age. I would watch her make a variety dishes and meals that I was thinking where or who taught her how to even make this stuff. You know what she was just doing to do it, and challenge herself. She is gifted to be in the kitchen, so now for her to pursue teaching people the same knowledge is remarkable. I support her 100% because I know she wil put her heart into it and make people feel good about a simple thing as cooking.

By far one of the most patient, technical, and clean cooking instructor i have ever had the pleasure of working with! I'm having a chili making contest with a few friends and I'm definitely going to cheat and go to Natalie for some help. I'll be sure to win!
