About Cory
I am a screenwriter and film director who has worked in the entertainment industry for 25 years. I've also written for advertising clients, radio, podcasts and perform standup comedy. Words are my trade and I've got the war stories to prove it! Check out my past work at IMDB.com.

My teaching method is to get you writing immediately. We'll jump right into some creative exercises and then I'll give you some questions that will help you discover your voice and identity as a writer. When you know yourself and your strengths, you become a better writer. Then I will coach you through the project of your choice, be it a short story, a novel, a script, or just a treatment for a script. We'll start where you're comfortable and build from there!
I try to keep things fun and funny... deep down, I'm still a comedian.
This service is offered via webcam only so that I can tutor anyone in any location.

The free first lesson with Cory allows you to get to know the tutor and discuss your needs and expectations.

Details
Cancelled lessons can be rescheduled 3 hours in advance with no charge. After that, a fee will be charged even for cancelled lessons.
While this site dictates my first "lesson" is free, that first session will be more of a half-hour assessment of your goals and a discussion of how I can help you meet them.
