Hi, I’m Firdaus
! With over 7 years of professional cooking and teaching experience, I am passionate about bringing the vibrant, rich flavours of East African and some Asian cuisines into your home kitchen. I specialise mainly in East African dishes.
My culinary journey is rooted in a deep love for bold spices, authentic heritage recipes, and creative fusion cooking. Over nearly a decade, I have helped hundreds of home cooks step out of their comfort zones, master spice balancing, and find true joy in cooking from scratch.
