About Tanya
Hello! I'm Yijia, from Shanghai, China. I studied in the UK for 5 years and graduated from University College London (UCL). While I was there, I not only learned a lot about Western culture, but also gained a lot of teaching experience. I even volunteered in Bali teaching English to local students, which taught me how to adapt my teaching to suit different learners. As a Chinese teacher, I speak standard Mandarin and love to create lessons that meet your goals. Whether you want to improve your listening, speaking, reading or writing skills, or delve deeper into Chinese history, culture and traditions, I'm here to help you improve quickly.
