About Victoria
Victoria Myssik is an acting instructor at the Actor's Studio of Orange County (ASoOC) who teaches classes on the Business of Acting, 7 Pillars Acting, Film Technique and Intermediate acting. Victoria is also studio's Advanced Track Director and Showcase Director who helps the most advanced and experienced students find representation through managing a showcase. Her online acting school TheVictoriaMyssik ((concealed information) allows anyone in the world to start or level up in their acting skills through Zoom. She offers classes on Audition Technique, Business of Acting, Monologue Intensives, Comedy in Acting and others. As well as offers weekly Drop Ins where anyone can join a class on that given day. Her goal is to provide affordable professional acting education to students who are not only based outside of California, but also outside of the US. Originally born and raised in Kazakhstan, Almaty, Victoria has credits on stage and TV across Central Asia and Europe. After graduating with an MFA in Acting from Louisiana State University, Victoria moved to Los Angeles and is working consistently on set all year round (check her IG for behind the scenes content @thevictoriamyssik). Her favorite on-screen roles have been for characters with Slavic descent in such films as Red April, Off Hollywood and Voltaic Blood, which are currently circulating among Academy Award qualifying festivals. Her favorite theatre production is Small Mouth Sounds where Victoria had an honor of working with an Emmy nominated director and screenwriter Leigh Fondakowski.
