About Jamie
After graduating from Eton last September with an A* in Spanish A Level, I have been studying Spanish and Portuguese at the University of Edinburgh. I typically go to Spain a couple of times a year and will be studying in South America next year full time.

My teaching methodology involves taking a recent Spanish newspaper report and talking about it with the students. This will involve work with comprehension of the article itself, work on pronunciation and speaking, as well as asking the students to express their thoughts and beliefs about the article. Typically, this will involve challenging the student's ideas in order to force them to construct new sentences, and to feel more at ease with speaking, comprehension, and constructing a wide variety of phrases with a good range of vocabulary.
