About Aydan

I have worked professionally for both stage and screen and have directed actors across theatres in the UK (including Theatre503). Having studied acting under Donna Soto-Morettini and held an MA in Directing at LAMDA (2016), my experience is wide ranging and expansive, including:

- Classical Acting
- Improv
- Directing

About the lesson

With a Masters Degree in Directing from LAMDA and over 8 years of combined experience in professional acting and directing, I will bring out the best in you, whether you are:

- A beginner looking to learn the fundamentals of acting
- Preparing for a Drama School Audition (LAMDA, RADA, Guildhall, etc)
- You have an audition piece or self tape to prep for and you need a coach and scene partner
- You are director / creative and need advice on working with actors, or a particular piece you're working on.

In my experience, every person brings a unique set of strengths, abilities and talents when it comes to performance, so I seek to bring out the best in your abilities and hone your skills so that you can perform at your best possible level in any given situation.

Perfect! Aydan responded rapidly to my emails. We had a zoom session and he was precisely what I needed. We talked over several improv scenarios, what I had in mind, ways to improve the scenarios, and backstory creation, as well as a general conversation between artists. His energy and attitude were inspiring, and took the anxiety and nerves I'd been feeling and laid them well to rest. Could NOT have asked for more. ZERO hesitation in recommending.
