The classes are for the Beginners , Intermediates and who all wants to learn I have some exciting combinations of basics, so that the dance looks and gets easy and to understand and learn.
the usual structure would be the warm up at the starting and the taking the good phase then slowing it down so that the fitness of the body also gets stimulated itself
