About Keerti
My students can be anybody either suffering with common ailments or somebody who is looking forward to maintain their healthy state of being. It could be an 8 year old kid or even a 70 year young boy/ girl be it an adult with a lot of fickleness of mind or a senior citizen loosing hope . As Ido not only give yoga classes but also counselling and little modifications in diet is given in my classes .

Since my school is best known for scientific research in yoga , I too believe in practicing and teaching authentic classical hath yoga which can help a person achieve total ( physical, mental, social & spritual ) health. My classes work in an integrated approach which not only focuses on the Asanas ( physical postures) but also the other important aspects like shuddhi kriya ( cleansing) , Pranayam as well as guided relaxation techniques. So that all the 3 layers of a person's existencecan be addressed.
