I know Heymish after I met him at the gym. His teachings have science backed training that will help you achieve your fitness goals. He will push you to your limits and will also back you to take rest when necessary. In our first few sessions together, he gave me a split targeting the muscle group I feel I needed to work more towards and it has been 2 years since I follow his split. I would definitely recommend him as a PT. Just follow what he says and you will achieve your fitness goals.
