About Omar
Hi, I’m Omar! I’m a Senior Software Engineer with over 6 years of experience specialising in designing and building distributed systems, backend architectures, and scalable cloud solutions. I also enjoy exploring AI-powered applications and showing students how to integrate modern AI techniques into real-world systems.
I’ve worked on large-scale production projects, from microservices handling millions of requests to cloud-native pipelines and AI-driven tools. I love sharing this experience with students in a way that’s practical, hands-on, and easy to understand.
My teaching style is friendly and interactive: I break down complex backend concepts, distributed system patterns, and AI workflows into approachable steps, with plenty of live coding and real-world examples.
I work with students of all levels, whether you’re a beginner wanting to understand backend development, a university student aiming to master distributed systems, or a junior engineer looking to level up.
