About Noor
I chose to teach Pilates because it completely transformed the way I feel in my body — and I wanted to help others experience that same shift. What started as a personal practice to manage stress and chronic tension became a deep passion for mindful movement, strength, and healing. Teaching Pilates gives me the chance to empower people, helping them reconnect with their bodies, build confidence, and move with freedom. There’s nothing more rewarding than watching someone grow stronger, more aligned, and more at ease — and knowing I played a part in that journey.
