About Mark
Hi! I'm a D1 rower at Cornell University which regularly places in the top 10-12 heavyweight rowing teams nationwide. I have been training competitively for 5 years now and am surrounded by competitive athletes and knowledgeable coaches who help me train to my best potential. I am currently training mostly on my own due to the Covid-19 pandemic which has given me more opportunities to improve my training and outlook on the sport.

I am happy to help high school or younger athletes discuss personal plans to grow in the wonderful sport of rowing. I take the athlete's current situation and work with them to create a plan to attack their weaknesses that will help them become the best they can be.
