About Tanja
My name is Tanja, I’ve done loads of things in my life. Exercised during and after pregnancy, coped with depression during exercise, recovered from extensive surgery after cancer, dealt with losing a very loved partner, and through all this, exercise is what pulled me through. I have empathy, compassion for situations, but thee drive to help you conquer your demons.
