I have a degree in Pharmacy from Italy.
In london I've studied nutrition and got some certificated to teach ketbells, spinning and general fitness...on the top of that I'm a certified personal trainer lev 3.
I've been training since the age of 6, being a gymnast, I have danced professionally for a decade and trained till today..the past 5 yrs I've been focusing on body building

Each program includes individual diet and training all depends if it’s for weight loss, body building, toning ,maintenance....most of the time to see good results 3 months minimum is needed but that depends of clients we all have different metabolism.
