About Chiara
Hi everyone! I'm Chiara, a native Italian speaker with a passion for languages, travel and culture. For the past few months, I have been backpacking across South East Asia and Australia, meeting people from different backgrounds and using languages every day. I enjoy traveling, sports and photography.
I enjoy teaching because it allows me to share my passion for languages and help students build confidence, achieve their goals and connect with people from different cultures.

My teaching approach is personalized and focused on each student's goals. I believe that everyone learns differently, so I tailor every lesson to the student's level, interest and learning style. I always create a supportive environment where they feel comfortable making mistakes and asking questions. I use conversations, everyday situations and materials, while I also focus on grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation.
I have experience tutoring Italian to foreign and Italian students and also teaching it through a volunteer project in Vietnam.
Lessons are typically 60mins long, and I offer both online and in-person lessons (in Sydney).
I work with students of all ages and levels, from complete beginners to advanced ones that want to improve fluency.
