Simona is a very committed, passionate & inspirational woman & has already proven herself as an excellent student assistant to her Professors in Milan. Simona is so approachable that no student would ever feel they couldn't ask her for help. Simona builds relationships easily as she is genuine and amenable. Simona doesn't show off her intelligence, but it is easy to see. I have rarely come across someone so dedicated to continuing to educate themselves, Simona never stops. I think students would find this inspirational as well. Simona will be intuitive to the students needs, will be encouraging but will not hand them everything on a plate as she believes in hard work herself. I cannot recommend Simona highly enough, the students would be very lucky to have her as a tutor.
