I am an ICF (International Coaching Federation) certified Wellness Coach and NABET certified Soft Skills Facilitator (TTT, ICBI). I have almost two decades of professional experience. My forte and passion are 'conscious' and 'mindful' communication. I work with an inside-out approach which helps my clients look within and move slowly and steadily towards holistic growth and development.
