I like to know that the person will understand what I teach him and more importantly, can apply it in his daily life for work, academic or social purposes. I like to be didactic, practical and constant. Understanding the main need of the apprentice and especially reinforcing the shortcomings is one of the methodologies that have worked the most for me.
