About Rehana
I have recently graduated and obtained my bachelor's in education, specializing in the Intermediate Phase.
As someone who has been a student for many, many years, I understand how difficult learning can be. The pressure of sitting in a classroom, surrounded by your peers and having to absorb between 7 to 8 hours worth of work every day. All work and no play. I started my studies with the intention of making learning fun. Not something stressful and boring where every day is the same as the one before.
My goal is to help students develop their curiosity about the world and encourage them to want to actively know more. I aim to make lessons interesting and exciting for both educator and learner. Through using various resources and teaching aids, I think that can easily be achieved.
I am SACE registered thus I hold myself strongly to their policies of how an educator should carry themselves to remain professional.

I'm always looking for new ways to make learning easy and enjoyable. No lesson should be taught without incorporating ways of expressing prior knowledge and personal interests.
All lessons are taught in English and are tailored to the needs and learning style of the learner. Whether you prefer visual, auditory or kinesthetic, I can cater to them all. The subjects offered are on a grade 4 to 6 level and include English, mathematics, natural science, life orientation, history, Geography and Afrikaans second additional language.
Lessons start with some prior knowledge of the topic to be taught, followed by an introduction that involves some fun through a game or interactive video and lastly, teaching the content for the lesson.
