About Moises

I am a dedicated and patient Mathematics tutor currently pursuing a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Mathematics. As an education student, I have undergone extensive training in lesson planning, practice teaching, and demo teaching, which has helped me develop strong communication skills and effective teaching strategies.

I focus on making Mathematics simple, clear, and easy to understand. My goal is to help students not only solve problems but also understand the concepts behind them. I always take time to explain lessons step by step, ensuring that students fully grasp each topic before moving forward.

In every session, I create a supportive and respectful learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions. I adapt my teaching methods based on the learner’s level, starting from basic concepts and gradually progressing to more challenging exercises.

I am committed to delivering quality, student-focused lessons that are both effective and encouraging.

About the lesson

As a tutor, my approach is student-centered, patient, and interactive. I believe that every learner has their own pace, so I adjust my teaching style based on the student’s needs and understanding level.

In my teaching method, I focus on making lessons simple and easy to understand. I use step-by-step explanations, starting from basic concepts before moving to more complex problems. I also use real-life examples when possible so students can better relate to the lesson. I encourage questions and active participation so that learning becomes engaging and not overwhelming.

A typical lesson starts with a quick review of previous topics to check understanding. Then, I introduce the new lesson using simple explanations and guided examples. After that, we work on practice problems together, gradually increasing the difficulty. At the end of the session, I give short exercises or review questions to help reinforce learning.

What sets me apart as a tutor is my patience, commitment, and ability to simplify difficult topics. As a Mathematics Education student with teaching experience through practice demos and volunteer tutoring, I have developed the ability to explain concepts in multiple ways until the student fully understands.

My lessons are mainly for elementary and junior high school students who need help in Mathematics. I especially support learners who struggle with basic concepts and those who want to improve their confidence and performance in Math.
