Perfect! Madam Ardra has been observed to be a passionate, sincere, hardworking Online Science Teacher for Class 10 CBSE Board for my daughter Siddhita Mohanty. Her teaching aid includes a hybrid of power point presentation slides and white board work in the online class. She provides lecture notes, web resources as well as video recordings of the class for reference and revision. She also promptly responses and address to parents concerns and querries. She is dynamic, interactive and amicable. I wish her a bright career as an excellent teacher in future. Few suggestions for betterment - more student centric learning approach, more Q&A practice in Class, Science Olympiad Q & A discussion, MCQ Practice Test in each class. Making the class more interesting by involving learner's proactive involvement, inspiring student with short story of Scientist in each class, making the student practice solved numericals in class to build confidence.

Ardra is my classmate and thereby i know her very well. She is the representative of our class. As we all know that it is very difficult to become a class representative. It is a very difficult post and she is doing a wonderful job by being the representative of 34 students. Not anyone can become a representative. One who looks after the class and oneself both academically and extracurricularly. She is very good at studying and teaching others. She have the ability to make the topics more simple and clear that even a child can understand. Whatever job she is given, she'll do it perfectly in her own way.

Find out more about Ardra

Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?
I have been really interested in science since I was young. I enjoy reading science fiction and conducting scientific experiments. Science fiction books made me far more intrigued than English novels typically do. Following my 12th-grade year, I enrolled in NEET coaching, where I thoroughly studied biology, chemistry, and physics separately. I developed an interest in the topic of chemistry from there, and I am currently studying an MSc in it with plans to pursue a Ph.D. in the future.
What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?
My father is one of the main reasons I enjoy teaching. A teacher's responsibility extends beyond merely imparting knowledge to include assisting and understanding students as well as comprehending mankind.I attended the residential school Navodaya Vidyalaya where I studied. Every time they sacrificed their own life for us, all the teachers were there. Their sacrifice and devotion to us served as my primary source of teaching inspiration.
How does your work help society?
The best service that can be rendered to society, in my opinion, is teaching. All doctors, engineers, teachers, and other successful workers have "Education" as their foundation, and teachers are the ones who give this service. Therefore, it is clear that teaching is both a responsibility and a social service.
If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?
My grandfather and grandma serve as my role models. They were educators as well. I have always admired the respect and love that teachers receive from the general public. The students constantly approach them with great love and remember them for supporting them through all of their hardships. They were the best.
Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.
I used singing, dancing, and painting in addition to teaching. I enjoy doing song and dance covers in my free time.I create mural paintings and market them.
Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?
I recall the time I completed an internship in teaching for the eighth, ninth, and tenth grades at a girls' school. That was my actual teaching experience. I got to engage with them in ways that a real instructor would. For me, it was a very moving event. Along with teaching, the students and I also engage in a number of artistic activities to add some color to the lessons. I was able to assess my teaching talents and gained faith in my ability to do a good job.
